We understand that leaving your pet with us while they have surgery can be worrying, especially if you do not know what to expect when you come to collect them. ๐ฉบ
When you first bring your pet home after their general anaesthetic, they may be quiet and sleepy, so do not be alarmed.
They will usually be much brighter the following day.
Your pet may also have an area of clipped fur and stitches to monitor, so be prepared to check their surgical wound regularly.
Most pets will also go home with medications for you to give while they recover, to make sure they are comfortable.
If you are worried about your petโs upcoming surgery, do not hesitate to contact us.
