Happy Sunday hope everyone is doing well and is having a lovely weekend!

Just an update on block bookings and deposits. The information should be on here and my instagram but will be updated slightly! Please see below and I hope everyone understands why this is the case.

Going forward 🥰

Block Bookings & Deposits

To secure any block bookings going forward, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time.

This will be slightly different for any overnight sits booked in which have been agreed between me and yourselves as 50% will be required. This is due to longer hours and the day being more tailored/ set out for no other work.

Your bookings will be confirmed once the deposit has been received, with the remaining balance due as agreed “ which fits with pay days & convenience etc”

Taking a deposit allows me to reserve your appointments for your pooches and ensure availability and my time, while helping to minimise last-minute cancellations and missed appointments.

Thank you all again and for understanding with continued support in choosing walks with Leah. ❤️

Some other policies on my pages will need updating slowly but surely also which will include new protocols for any FIELD HIRES booked.
