🐾 Important Update From Us 🐾

Unfortunately, going forward we will no longer be processing orders for collection or delivery until payment has been made in advance.
(Our weekly regulars who pay cash please pop us a message 🐶🤎)

We’ve had a number of situations recently where customers haven’t shown up for collections (which we stay in and wait for), or deliveries haven’t been fulfilled due to lack of communication or customers not being available at the agreed time.

As a small business, this has a big impact on us and makes it difficult for us to operate smoothly. We carefully space out every order and every customer to give the best service we possibly can.

We currently have a few orders boxed and ready but sadly no home, I’ll go through these later and offer them at a slight discount so we can get them shifted 🙈
