An introduction to me and why I do what I do.

Each animal I work with is unique with their own story, sensitivities, and needs. That’s why I love combining EFT, Reiki, and the EMMETT Technique in my sessions. These gentle yet powerful approaches complement each other beautifully to support emotional balance, release physical tension and restore a deep sense of calm.

Reiki creates a peaceful, grounding energy, perfect for helping animals relax and feel safe.

EMMETT offers gentle muscle release and helps with physical imbalances or discomfort, adapting beautifully for each species.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) brings an added layer of support, especially for animals carrying emotional trauma or past experiences. Tapping for them (usually surrogate tapping) can help shift lingering patterns and bring healing to their story.

Together, they offer a holistic way to connect, listen and truly support animals, whether it’s a nervous dog, a stiff horse or a rescue animal learning to trust again.

Every session starts with respect and listening. The rest flows naturally.
