Important Updates
As we get closer to the end of yet another successful tax year I have realised I need to implement some changes.
New opening days for dog grooming are Tuesday- Saturday.
I am expecting Saturday appointments to be even more popular than Sunday appointments so if you do require one please book well in advance. I am working through the diary to move everyone onto the right days, if I don't get in touch to move you, it may just be because it's easier to leave your appointment as it is.
I am also putting together some customer detail forms for our dog grooming service, this is optional. I understand not everyone is happy with their details being stored however the terms and conditions form must be signed in order for your dog to be groomed.
All dog grooming prices will be raised across the board at £2.50 per dog.
All dog grooming appointments now require a £20 deposit, terms as follows:
-If appointment is cancelled or swapped up to 48 hours before there will be no charge.
-If cancelled or swapped between 48-24 hours, deposit will be non refundable and a new deposit will need to be paid to book a new appointment.
-If cancelled in 24 hours or less the deposit will be non refundable and the remaining price of the groom must be paid along with a new deposit to rebook an appointment.
Both of these decisions have not been taken lightly, I hope you can all appreciate the cost of products and electricity is pushing a lot of businesses to raise their prices. Along with this, cancelled or missed appointments cost a lot of money. I do feel we have been competitively priced across all our services for many years but in order to survive I do need to get serious.
Changes will be effective from May 1st.
