Thanks to your incredible unexpected generosity, you raised an amazing £85.

Guy Liebenberg has chosen to donate this to StreetVet, a fantastic charity helping the dogs of people experiencing homelessness.

Because we’re more than just your average pet shop – we’re proud to be part of the RAMA (Responsible Animal Medicine Access) initiative, working to make quality preventative care more accessible to pet owners in our community.

Meet Guy the retired Vet
For those that don’t know Guy, he’s a well-known local vet with over 40 years of experience. Recently retired, Guy is now kindly giving some of his time back to the community to help pets and their owners access affordable, preventative care in a calm, familiar setting.

🩺 What to Expect:
✔️ Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
✔️ If you don’t have a Coombs loyalty card/account, or if your details aren’t up to date, please pop in prior to the event to update them before your appointment
✔️ A focused 6-minute consultation with Guy the Vet
✔️ On-site prescription flea and worm treatments available
✔️ Access to a wide range of products, treatments, and friendly advice from our knowledgeable staff

🐾 Exciting News from A Coombs Pet Centre! 🐾

We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with our much-loved and trusted community vet, Guy Liebenberg! With over 40 years of experience, Guy will be working alongside our family-run business, A Coombs Pet Centre, to provide expert advice on non-urgent animal enquiries.

With a vet now on board, we’re also excited to share that we can offer prescribed medications at online prices.

We’re planning informative topic talks on common pet health concerns like fleas, worms, allergies, diet and feeding, plus “Ask the Vet” events, where you can pop in-store, meet Guy, and get expert advice tailored to your pet’s needs.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on topic ideas and welcome any feedback.
