Baby Shark themed birthday cake 🦈 🦖

Roar....A Shark attacking a baby Dino!!! Made this sea beauty specially for my nephew Thiem who is a big fan of Baby Shark on his second birthday!

Inside is a chocolate cake covered in ganache and buttercream with all edible fondant sea creatures - Baby Shark, baby Dino, octopus, star fish, shells, sea weeds and sand. 🐙 🐚

He was so fascinated by it and couldn't stop eating the baby Shark, baby Dino and sea weeds 😘

A Basket of Flowers Cake🌹🌺🌻

A beautiful basket of flowers sent with love to a daughter from her father on her birthday! A chocolate cake decorated in a basket weave with Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream and adorned with gorgeous colourful buttercream flowers. Have been wanting to try the basket weave for a while, so glad to have done it and quite pleased with it 🙂

A vibrant Paw Patrol Cake for a little four year old fan! 👮‍♂️ Inside is a chocolate orange cake layered in chocolate frosting, covered in chocolate ganache. Decorated with fondant in vibrant Paw Patrol themed colours with an edible logo, and paw patrol characters. Pawsome 🐾 😊

Made this giant colourful Chocolate Chip Cookie to celebrate Nurses Day! With a little rainbow created during the pandemic to show a 'sign of hope' to staff and patients!

A Hugo Boss Cake for the Boss 😉 🎂

This theme was picked by my niece for her dad of his favourite perfume. It's a light lemon sponge layered with lemon buttercream and a drizzle of lemon curd 🍋 and covered in buttercream shades of blue with palette knife paint strokes 🎨 Topped with a shimmering fondant Hugo Boss bottle and scattered sprinkles.

Painted Model Cake 🎨🖌️👩‍🎨

This is one of my first hand painted cakes. It's specially made for a fashion designer with one of her artwork. The model is intricately painted on fondant in edible colours to depict on of her designs 😊

Inside is an indulgent chocolate fudge cake layered in chocolate frosting and covered in chocolate fondant and buttercream, adorned with fondant flowers and leaves 🌸🍃

Solar System, Galaxy themed Cake 🌌🌠

This one is specially made for a Mum's birthday! The solar system represents the family where the mum is the sun and the planets orbiting around her are her close family. Her husband (Jupiter), sons (Earth and Neptune), daughter (Mars), her husband (Saturn) and her baby (Pluto) 🌔🌍

For the galaxy, I used a mirror glaze to bring out the beautiful hues of a starry night sky and giving it a lovely sheen with glitter 🌃 The planets are made with fondant and the cake is a chocolate sponge cake with dark chocolate ganache and buttercream frosting.

The mum was ecstatic as she guessed which planet represented each member of her family 🤗 Happy Birthday 🥳

Chocolate Easter Eggs 🐰😊

These cute little open Easter eggs and a fun alternative to the traditional Easter Eggs. They are made with a milk Chocolate dome filled with a blend of chocolate sponge and frosting, iced with a swirl of chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream and topped with a Galaxy mini egg 🐣

A fun twist to jazz up your Easter treats 🐣🐰

Themed Chocolate Anniversary Cake 🍫

Made this for a couple's 10th Wedding Anniversary! The picture depicts the wife dragging her husband away from technology!!! 🤦

It's a chocolate sponge cake, covered in chocolate ganache, layered and decorated with chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It's a delicious combination 😋

This is one of my recent masterpieces! It took it's time to create but blossomed as beautiful as ever...It's a silhouette of a new mum with her gorgeous baby draped in a flowing floral skirt to represent her name 'Rose'. It was loved by the birthday girl ❤️🌸

Rugby Themed Cake 🏈

A rugby themed cake made for a rugby fan on his 70th birthday. Beneath the vibrant green lies a chocolate cake layered in chocolate frosting and covered in ganache. The fondant icing depicts the rugby theme with the grounds, rugby player, rugby balls, muddy puddles and scattered grass 🏉 Was very pleased with how it turned out 😊

The rugby cake made for one very pleased grandad and a 70th birthday to remember! All the very best Ken 🤗
