We love all dogs, but not every dog is lucky enough to find their forever home as a puppy. Some dogs have a story before they get there. ❤️

Not all of those stories are heartbreaking. During my years working in rescue, I met many loving people who had to surrender their dogs because of major changes in their lives. They were devastated, but they made the selfless decision to do what was best for their dog.

Sadly, some dogs do have a terrible start to life, and those experiences can leave lasting effects on their behaviour and temperament.

That’s why I’m so grateful for the amazing dog rescue centres and the people out there who choose to open their hearts and homes to a rescue dog and give them the forever family they deserve.

Today, we celebrate the rescued. 🐾

Please support your local dog rescue centres. A lot of these centres rely completely on donations and couldn’t care for these pups until they find the right forever home without our support 💙

Fun Flyball in Poole

Roddy has settled into the group really well, and now we’ve started testing his running alongside the rest of the team 🐾

Poppy, our fastest dog in the squad, had a slip on the box that cost her this race. In fun flyball, the balls are attached to the boxes with a Velcro strip, so clean grabs make all the difference in shaving time off a run.

That said, she definitely made up for it in the next race — absolutely wiped the floor with Roddy! 💨🐶
