I officially have a card machine from today!

Going forward i take card, cash and bank transfer.

Please note if you still wish to pay bank transfer that is absolutely fine however payments MUST be made before or on collection.
I have had to chase up payments quite a lot recently and simply don’t have the time to do so.
I know life gets busy and its easy to forget which is why i now take card so payments can be made on collection.

Dear lovely clients,

Thank you so much for your continued support.
It truly means the world to my small business 💜

From 1st May, there will be a small price increase of £1–£3 per groom. This adjustment helps cover the rising costs of products, equipment, and day-to-day running expenses, while ensuring I can continue to provide the same high standard of care and service for your pups.

Please note that new clients may not see a change, as they are already booked in at the updated pricing.

I’ve kept this increase as minimal as possible and truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

✨ Polite Reminder of T&Cs ✨

While I completely understand that things can happen and I do try to be as flexible as possible, I’ve recently had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows due to forgotten or mixed-up appointments.

As my diary fills up quickly, it can be very difficult to accommodate clients at short notice. I’m always happy to help rearrange appointments where I can, but unfortunately it’s no longer financially viable for me to allow last-minute cancellations or no-shows without a fee.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the groom price, as it is very difficult to fill the appointment at short notice.

In the case of a no-show, a 50% appointment fee will be charged, and a 50% deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

All clients receive an automated confirmation text when the appointment is made, along with a reminder 24 hours before. If you’re not receiving these messages, please let me know so I can check that your details are correct.
