Supper sassy dolly had a big make over this week, her owners needed all her feathers off to treat her ongoing leg conditions. Full clip legs off, mane and tail tidy. Do excuse her beard she was having non of that coming off. Summer McCarthy Luke Kershaw #

Little molly is in her 20’s and suffers with crushing, so we have a super long coat. Now summer is sneaking upon us, we have given her a mega tidy up full clip including legs. How fantastic does molly look for her age!! Summer McCarthy Luke Kershaw

Busy week clipping, shadow is such a good boy loves a good tidy up. He was getting super sweaty while being ridden so we have done full clip and leg blend so we have no funky lines coming in to summer! Summer McCarthy

Life isn’t just horses, chocolate and coffee…

But it absolutely should be.

Because:
– horses teach us regulation better than any self-help book
– chocolate fixes 87% of minor life crises, even science says it helps.
– coffee is basically emotional support in a cup

Yes, there are bills. Yes, there are responsibilities. Yes, there are emails that could have been a text.

But there is also:
the quiet exhale when your horse drops their head, the 5 minutes alone with a steaming mug before the world wakes up, the square of chocolate eaten standing in the tack room like a feral gremlin.

Life doesn’t have to be aesthetic. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to have enough of the good stuff to steady you.

So no… Life isn’t just horses, chocolate and coffee.

But if you build it right, they can be the foundation.

And honestly? That’s a pretty solid base. ☕🐴🍫

What a day finally home after looking after everyone’s ponies!! I have seen all weather today, hale, torrential rain, gale force winds, it’s been so cold. Dentist visit and farrier visit every one is looked after!!
