I honestly can not recommend Woodlakes by Liv Retreats in Norfolk enough, we have just had the most amazing relaxing weekend.

The lodges and site are fully dog proof which takes all the stress away of taking dogs away for the weekend.
Absolutely gorgeous lodge with a fire, and hot tub which could be fully enjoyed as the enclosed balcony and garden area meant the dogs wandered in and out while we enjoyed that hot tub.

Jack's at Woodlakes beautiful dog friendly pub, great choice of drinks incredible food and the staff were great very friendly and accommodating.

We will definitely be back 🐕🐾❤️

Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to explain a small change that will help me continue providing the best possible service for you and your pups. 🐶🐾

Starting soon, I’ll be implementing a deposit system for all grooming appointments. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but it has become necessary due to an increasing number of no-show appointments.

When an appointment is missed without notice, it results in lost earnings and wasted time—time that could have been used to help another furry friend feel their best. As a small business, every appointment truly matters.

The deposit system ensures that time is respected on both sides and helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone. Of course, deposits will go toward the total cost of your groom, and I’ll always be flexible in cases of genuine emergencies.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, continued support, and for trusting me with your lovely dogs. Your kindness means the world! 🐾💕
