such a joy to catch up with Arol the Cane Corso this week for a top-up session. I first met him when he was around five months old, and it’s been amazing to see how much he’s grown—not just in size, but in confidence and maturity too. He’s developing into such a lovely boy, and it’s so rewarding to see all the early foundations paying off. Massive well done to Otto the Labradoodle, who’s absolutely smashed his three-session training programme! We focused on lead manners, barking at other dogs, recall, and all the usual adolescent chaos—and he made brilliant progress. Big pawsitive steps for Otter, the super energetic Staffie x Dalmatian! 💙🐾 This 15-month-old rescue has been working hard, and we’ve made some great progress with his training! 🙌

✨ What we’ve improved:
✅ Impulse control – No more slipper-stealing games! 👟❌
✅ House manners – Less demanding ‘talking’ in the evenings. 🗣️🐶
✅ Lead walking – Staying calm and focused, even on busy roads! 🚶‍♀️🐕
✅ Managing excitement & frustration – Helping Otter settle instead of jumping & nipping. ⚡🙅‍♂️
✅ Recall – Getting better at responding to the whistle before he bolts! 🏃‍♂️🐕

It’s been amazing to see Otter’s confidence grow and his humans put in the work to help him thrive! 💪🐾 Training isn’t about ‘fixing’ a dog—it’s about understanding them, building trust, and working together. 💙

🐾 Bramble, the spirited Cocker Spaniel, used to go wild around the front door, showering guests with endless attention. She craved so much interaction, pulled on the lead like a champ, and loved to run off chasing livestock.

But with some dedicated training, she’s now learning to stay calm, greet guests politely, walk nicely on the lead, and resist the urge to chase. Bramble’s transformation is truly something to wag about! 🌟🐾
