☀️🐾 As the weather warms up, it’s important to remember that our dogs can struggle in the heat much more quickly than we do. Even temperatures that feel comfortable to us can become dangerous for our furry friends especially puppies, older dogs, flat-faced breeds, and overweight dogs. Always make sure your dog has access to fresh water, shade, and avoid walking during the hottest parts of the day.

At Tails & Trails, your dog’s safety and wellbeing always comes first 💛 If it’s too hot for safe adventures, walks may be shortened, moved to cooler times, or swapped for enrichment and garden play instead. Stay safe and keep those paws cool! 🐶🌿
