Red tide Loch Long, Cove/Ardpeaton ⚠️

Driving down Peaton Road just now and what appears to be a large section of red tide down by the 3 fields so keep your dogs away from the water!
Very weird looking and the higher up you are the easier it is to see it!

It's been a while since the last fun post and 3 more of our beautiful souls have sadly crossed the rainbow 🌈 Bridge 😪 since then and in quick succession which has been devastating as all 3 have been with me for such a long time and were incredibly fun to spend so much time with so took a wee break from socials while processing this. Fun though is what life should be about so here are some of the other dogs enjoying their adventures 😊

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️

2 local Kilcreggan/Cove dogs have become very unwell over last few days walking on/near beach at Cove bay. The reason remains a mystery but it is thought it was caused by something they ate. Poisonous parsnip is always present on the beach but it could also be rat poison as rats have apparently been spotted there too.

Just be careful and keep an eye on your dogs.

So with the glorious weather continuing this week please please please have a careful think about what time of day you exercise your dogs 🐶🙏

We will be implementing out extreme weather policy which means dogs will be walked according to safe conditions and any shortfall in time will be made up over the next few walks. Most important thing is SAFETY FIRST. No dog has died missing a walk so please bear this in mind when exercising your dogs.
