Congratulations if you are able to have your dog off lead at all times. Being able to recall your dog 100% of the time is a massive achievement, however, if you see another dog who is on lead, please do the responsible thing and put yours on lead too. The other dog may be frightened, reactive, unwell, old or young. Watch out for a YELLOW lead/collar. Yellow is a signal that the dog is nervous and needs space. Please respect this. A reminder too - it is the law that your dog wears a collar with a tag at all times in any public place.
