I am summarising the week of long reining in Sweden, where I visited Uppsala and Smedjebacken 🙂

My long reining sessions are based on
▪️communication/ground work
▪️ biomechanics
▪️training principles
▪️physical and mental suppleness with relaxation for BOTH the horse and it's human.
A positive learning environment is important to make good progress.
