My aim is to encourage and motivate my pupils to gain confidence, knowledge and yet have fun at the same time. I coach children and adults with their own ponies/horses in private lessons or group clinics. A little bit about me:
Jo Crouch BHSAI with Intermediate Teaching (Instructor) and HND Horse Studies. I have been around horses and ponies all my life and have been an active member of the Pony C
lub and Riding club, competing in Mounted Games, Eventing, Show Jumping, Tetrathlon, Polocrosse and Dressage Teams. I have also enjoyed carriage driving nearly all the ponies that I have ridden and have taken part driving events. I started my career training with horses at Bedgebury School to study for my BHSAI. After this I went on to Writtle College where I took a H.N.D. I have also passed my Intermediate Instructors Exam. Coaching gives me great pleasure, I love watching people gain confidence with their horses and ponies and I happy to coach anyone with their own horse/pony whether you need help with learning a Dressage test, Gridwork jumping, jumping a round of Show Jumps, lunging, long reining, groundwork or even just playing games. Groups will always be sorted according to ability and my aim is to build confidence in pony/horse and rider. As an Instructor:
• I am covered by Public Liablilty Insurance.
•I have current certificate in First Aid
•I have a current certificate in Safeguarding & Protecting Children.
•I have undergone a criminal record check.
•I have attended regular Continual Professional Development training days.
