NO dog walker, sitter or boarder should be walking your dog during the hottest parts of the day.

Yesterday evening Alfie joined us for board 🐾
He settled in for the night and slept peacefully.
Today he is has been trying to enjoy the sunshine 🌞, and has not been impressed by my attempts at moving him along to somewhere cooler! So we settled for pulling the blind down once he had found his spot to keep the sun off his back!

We have Alfie with us 💙
We headed out for a rather warm and sunny this morning and bumped into plenty of small and rather vocal dogs. Alfie, well he doesn't take anything personally and keeps wagging his tail and walking on his merry way.
After a short nap he has tucked into a treat filled snuffle mat and then curled up in the snuffle mat because apparently the big fluffy bed and blankets just aren't comfortable enough 🤦‍♀️

Today there has been alot of stretching, sleeping and licking of feet.
We managed a short walk this morning before Duke decided the bin lorry and noisy bin men were too much and firmly planted his feet. This is the same Sausage that runs up and down the garden barking at the bin men behind the safety of the fence!
And sweet sweet Diesel, he has nudged and pawed at me everytime I stopped stroking him, so of course I obliged and kept his highness tickled pink 🥰
