Hello,

Just a little reminder to say that payments for appointments should be made on the day. I am currently having to chase a lot of payments and its extra work on the end of my day that shouldn't be needed, some are 2/3 weeks later. I also have bills that I have to meet.

Thank you to everyone that always sticks to this, its really appreciated and I am lucky that this isn't usually such an issue for me.

Thank you as always to everyone that supports my business, I don't like to post negative things on my page, but sometimes it's needed. I hope everyone has had a great weekend 🐎

I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend, I had a fabulous time down at Burghley Horse Trials 🐎

I am back in work today and will be getting back to messages this morning. My diary is open for October bookings and filling up (particularly the last 2 weeks) so if you need an appointment near a certain date please try and give me some notice.

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I can't believe September has crept up on us already. This year has flown by!

I just wanted to post my remaining availability for September appointments for anyone wanting to book in :

I have 2 last-minute appointments available on Tues 9th at around 12
🔸️ Thurs 25th
🔸️ 1 appointment sat 27th PM (Marple/Hyde area)
🔸️ Mon 29th
🔸️ Tues 30th AM

I am off this weekend from Friday as im off to Burghley so just a heads up Im taking a little break from work so wont be answering enquiries so if you need me, please message me before then or il get back to you Monday morning 🙂

It has been a fab few days away at High Peak Riding Club camp again this year. It's great to catch up with everyone and spend time with your wonderful horses.

It may just be the fastest 3 days of the year, thank you to everyone for keeping me so busy, I appreciate you all. As always, I was rubbish at getting photos 😅

I will be back to work as normal tomorrow and picking up any missed messages. Campers, I hope to see you all again soon!

With recent cases of strangles in the area I just wanted to put a notice out to ask for people to be extra cautious in monitoring your horses:

Signs to watch out for can include
Cough
Nasal discharge
Swollen glands around the throat
High temperature
Reduced appetite

Please be vigilant and if you have any concerns get your horses tested and let people know if visiting the yard. Strangles can become very serious and the best way to get on top of this is to stop the spread so please be open, it can happen to anyone so let's get rid of the stigma

I will be taking precautions keeping my equipment cleaned, boots washed, regular changes of clothes and limiting my travel where I can

Thank you to those being open and making local people aware of these cases, keeping everything crossed that these cases make a full and speedy recovery

Good evening 😊

It was lovely to get over to Romiley show yesterday. Well done to all my clients that were competing, and good to see some of you there watching.

Availability wise, August is mostly booked up so if anyone would like a space, please do let me know. I have some time off for High Peak Riding club camp mid month so I am working around that but I have now opened Saturday 30th August if anyone is after a weekend slot.

High Peak campers- I will be back this year for the full 3 days doing horse massages. I will be taking bookings whilst there as usual but when you get your lesson plans, if you'd like a specific time pop me a message and we can arrange that. If anyone at camp has any questions around physiotherapy/chiropractic sessions for your horses please do come and ask me. I will also be around on the ground between work so if anyone needs anything I'm happy to help where I can.

Photo below is of a lovely young horse I treated at the weekend. You wouldn't guess he was mostly unhandled 2 months ago would you? His owners doing a fantastic job getting him used to things and it was so nice to be a part of that. As you can see, he accepted it really well and we had a lovely chilled boy at the end of it!
