Ears up! We’ve got some important things to tell you! 👋🏼

There’s some good news and some bad news. But the bad news is only happening so we can get on with the good news……🧐😎

“Bad news” first: As of this week, we will be changing our shop to appointment only visits. That doesn’t mean you can’t come when you please, you just need to let us know when you’d like to visit (Monday - Friday) so we can make sure we can open our doors for you. For those of you who couldn’t visit Tuesday - Thursday, this will actually be even better for you!

And here’s why..the GOOD news: we have big big plans for 2025, things we didn’t even think we’d be achieving so soon! We can’t tell you what it is yet, but we promise you’ll love it! Because of this, I won’t be working from the shop as often as I’ll have lots to deal with in the background. With at least 90% of our orders being online anyway, it’s a step we needed to take.

Please note, online orders will NOT be affected! Please order from the website as usual and if you’d like to order to collect, you still can! I’ll contact you to arrange collection!

On Monday we made a trip to SARA Animal Rescue to drop off a whole bunch of dog food, cat food and treats donated to to us by our lovely customers and some local stores! 🐶

We have a donation bin in our shop, so please feel free to come and drop off any food, treats, toys etc etc that you may have that you’d like to donate! Thanks to everyone who’s already donated through us! It definitely does go to great causes ☺️🐾
