After a short break, we’re thrilled to announce that our groom room is reopening in April! 🎉 We've made an exciting change—our team will now include newly qualified grooming graduates, giving fresh talent the opportunity to gain experience and build their careers. We know how tough it can be to find work straight out of college, and we’re proud to support these young professionals!

Pippa came to us this morning for a groom 🐾

She was amazing throughout and looked beautiful afterwards😍

Pippa is a very nervous baby and has had lots of surgeries previously so isn't comfortable with being moved about too fast🫶

I took my time with her and made sure she was comfortable throughout, she was matted so myself and her owner agreed for a shave down to get it all off😊

After her groom we enjoyed some cuddles before she went home💕

⚠️Transformation⚠️

Charlie, the Romanian rescue came to us today for a groom 🐾

Charlie has been with his new family for about a month now and has settled so well, but he was in dire need of a groom due to extreme matting to his fur🫶

We started his visit with some cuddles and allowing Charlie to get used to the new environment he was in, he is super timid when it comes to loud noises so I wanted to keep it as peaceful as possible for him😊

Charlie was shaved down to start with so we could get all the matting off before bathing him, he hated the clippers near his face so I used my scissors to tidy him up, my main priority was keeping Charlie calm and respecting his boundaries🥰

He did get a bit stressed at times however when he did, I popped his lead on and took him for a little walk to calm him and it definitely helped😁

Charlie overall did an absolutely amazing job, I am so proud of him and he now looks like a little puppy and his fur feels amazing🥹

We enjoyed lots of cuddles after his groom and he went home smelling as fabulous as he looks💕

Lola came to us today for a bath with our assistant Millie🐾

She was amazing throughout and smelt luscious afterwards😍

Lola was a little timid when it came to the dryer but she was super brave and with a lower setting we got her dry🫶

She also sang the whole way through drying her, she has a lovely voice🤣

After her groom we enjoyed some cuddles before she went home💕
