Thank you to everyone who attended our second training weekend with Colleen Hoekstra Knox Dressage! There was so much going on with individual sessions, test riding, pole work, in hand and horse yoga alongside a guided hack exploring nearby Cornham Ford, lunches with the eventing Europeans at Blenheim Palace Horse Trials on the television, a brilliant evening talk from Amy Cox - ACPAT Chartered Physiotherapist followed by a feast of a supper as well as weighbridge sessions and nutritional advice from Leah from SPILLERS!
