Introducing K9 Therapies!
As a Galen Canine Myotherapist© and Canine Arthritis Management ambassador my passion is supporting dogs that are suffering from musculoskeletal issues to be the best that they can be.

This therapy is especially beneficial for dogs dealing with chronic conditions like arthritis, spondylosis, hip/elbow dysplasia, as well as soft tissue injuries like strains and sprains, or if your dog is showing signs of lameness or soreness from ageing, illness, or previous injuries.

I specialise in improving joint and muscle health through specialist massage techniques, gentle manipulation, and rehabilitation exercises. I focus on your dog's entire body, not just the specific problem area, to alleviate tension, minimise pain, and enhance overall health, leading to improved mobility and reduced discomfort.

Did you know that dogs possess approx. 700 muscles that enable them to move by exerting force on their bones? Dogs, just like humans, can suffer from muscle tightness and discomfort. Myotherapy targets these problem areas, releasing tension and reducing pain. Chronic pain is often behind a change in behaviour. Has your dog’s behaviour changed? Have they become grumpier, or have you noticed that they are ‘slowing down’, or are they not wanting to:

Beautiful Isla having a treatment. Being a more mature lady, Isla enjoyed some of her treatments in her bed. I always work with your dog, wherever they are most comfortable.

CAM understands that managing a chronic disease like osteoarthritis is hard work. It takes its toll not only on the dog, but also their owner. To support owners through this difficult time we set up Holly's Army - an online community, where owners can share their questions, fears and successes!
What does holly's army do well?

- Providing support to owners from people who have been or are going through an arthritis diagnosis
- Evidenced based info in a friendly accessible way
- Providing a safe place for people to ask questions they might not have thought of with their vet, might think are daft, or just to better understand what’s happening with their dog
- Supporting people who are struggling
