Well done team! Our half marathon graduates smashed their run round frampton this weekend! The culmination of 12 weeks of hard work for them and their dogs ♥️

Our courses will start again in February / March - watch this space for dates and details.

The role of a first aider and legal compliance

CPR including practical

Canine shock

Burns & scalds
Poisoning
Heat stroke
Bleeds and bandaging

First race of the season today!

Alongside our courses & social runs we actively encourage our coached runners to enter races …. Crazy right throwing them into the deep end!

But why …. !?

Entering a race is a scary thought for most however with years of racing behind us we firmly believe this is where you see all of your hard work come to light, whether you race for fun, for times, for pbs, to explore new areas, to meet other runners, for the cake, or for the huge confidence kick and massive dose of endorphins at the end!!

Today some of our coached runners & lots of our social group headed over to the Ogmore valley in wales for the ‘Beat the Black dog run’ in aid of a 12km route in the Welsh hills, mud, hills, water crossings, livestock and so much more!!

Everybody had an incredible time for a really important cause, everyone was outstanding and everyone finished with a smile on their face …. the dogs were awesome … but we knew that already right 😉
