Would like to say a big thank you to everyone that wished JJ happy 1st birthday and any cards and presents that were also given.

You are all so amazing! We appreciate and adore you and your dogs ♥️ you are all wonderful, caring and thoughtful people and we are so grateful to call you all friends as well as clients.

Rocco came in for his trial for boarding today and did amazing! ⭐️

Things me, the other dogs and Rocco did today:

Pre heat walk for 10 minutes (usually go out before 08:00
Sat with the fans on
Got some ice treats from the freezer (and I got ice cream yum yum)
Played in the paddle pool
Put the sprinkler on and ran around the garden
drank lots and lots of water

Things we did NOT do:
Go on a walk after 9am
Over exercise or get our hearts racing too much
Put our little paw pads on the hot hot concrete
We did not go travelling anywhere in the car and we definitely did NOT and should NEVER leave a dog in the car!

Just remember everyone 💥
“ your dog will not die missing one or two walks but your dog will die of heatstroke if they go out in the heat”

There is too much risk involved, if you don’t feel comfortable in the heat your dog will not either!

Not everyone got in the photo (bojangles, lumi, Leo, Tilly, nala and cooper… dogs not in the photo Oscar. Amber and Reilly) but we have had a fab couple of days of puzzle games, playing with toys and water play, if anyone knows of any hard shell paddle pools as the material ones keep getting ripped up by the dogs ☀️😎
