Good morning everyone ☺️

Just wanted to share with everyone our T&Cs
Please give them a read though when you can 🫶🏼

We do charge a no show fee and less than 48hrs cancellation fee, So if there is any problems with the appointment please let us know soon as you can 😊

Please make sure your all up to date with flea treatment as we can’t groom dogs with fleas 😣 if fleas are found whilst your dog is being groomed we can no longer carry on with the groom and ask for your dog to be collected and will still charge for the appointment.

If you have a un spayed female please keep updated on their seasons, as we can’t pamper them whilst in heat 😣 we still ask for 48hrs notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment 🙏🏼

On arrival please be patient we may ask you to wait outside until we are free and If you’re running late on drop off or collection please call us to inform us 😁

If there is any slight changes with your appointment like you need to drop them off a little earlier or may be late with collecting please let us know before your appointment. We allocate certain times or a reason and try and make things run smoothly for all the dogs in our care ☺️

We only take cash or bank transfer so please let us know if you need our bank details.
