It seems they're out again - attacking a severely mentally disabled volunteer

For clarity, the individual referred to in another hate post is not involved in transporting dogs for Cloud K-Nine Rescue. We have our own air-conditioned transport van for that purpose. His involvement with the rescue has been limited to collecting donated items on occasion. What he chooses to do in his private life, outside of collecting donations for the rescue, is entirely his own responsibility and not connected to Cloud K-Nine Rescue. Any attempt to associate his personal activities with the rescue is misleading.

Do you all remember Biscuit, now known as Dodge? 💙🐾

When Biscuit came to us, he was in truly heartbreaking condition. His body condition score was just 1, he had maggots in one of his legs, and he was drinking an incredible 14 litres of water a day.

Following extensive blood tests, he was diagnosed and treated for leptospirosis. At the time, he was urinating every 20 minutes, and it was clear he had a long road ahead of him.

With patience, veterinary care, and plenty of love, Biscuit slowly began to recover. When the time came for him to be neutered, we repeated his blood tests to make sure he was strong enough for surgery.

To our amazement, the results came back clear. 💞

He was successfully neutered, went on to find his forever home, and just look at him today!

Everyone, meet Holly 🐾

Holly came to us in heartbreaking condition. She had clearly been overbred, with very long teats, severe flea infestation, and mange that had left her skin sore and her coat patchy.

Just 6 weeks later, she is like a completely different girl. Her fleas and skin issues have been treated, her beautiful coat is growing back, and she's finally starting to enjoy the care and comfort she deserves.

Holly is approximately 3–4 years old. She has not yet been spayed, but this will be done before by CK9 after season (as per vet guidelines)

She knows very little about life as a cherished family pet, so she will need a kind, patient, and understanding home willing to help her learn and build her confidence at her own pace.

Holly is a Labrador with a loving and loyal nature. She adores being around people and is ready to find a family who will give her the happy future she has never had.

It's not often we are able to place a bonded pair, but a massive shout out to Gemma and Carl, who have very kindly opened their homes up to Fluffy (Daffodi) and Dolly our daxie, giving them their best life 💞💞💞
