Well done to all involved this morning on a cold day. Thanks to the bowling club for the donation of this years Christmas Tree and some new lights. The tree is looking well and we hope all enjoy seeing it. Another big thank you for all those who helped.

FISH AND FRITES

Just to let everybody know the Fish and Frites Van will not be here for the following two Wednesdays. So there will be no Fish and Chips in the car park on the 29th of September or the 6th of October they will return on the13th of October.

A new event is coming your way. THis is the first of what is hoped to be many such Craft Fayres’ There are many in the village involved in a variety of crafts and this is an opportunity for them to both show what they are doing and possibly even make a few sales to help them continue. We wish them all the very best. PLEASE SUPPORT

Wilma Timms has 3 beautiful hollyhock plants that have grown too big for my raised bed, and are looking for a new home. I'll be cutting them back in a couple of weeks then they can be moved and transplanted before winter. Let me know if anybody wants them, it would be a shame to put them in the brown bin
