A new introduction as I’ve added new services to my house sitting 🏡 🐾
Hello everyone, I’m Hannah. I’ve been a house sitter for 22 years, I used to care for people’s homes and animals as a side job, but now I do this full time 🙂
I’ve been trying to work out ways to make doing this full-time more sustainable, as I adore what I do with my whole being. It occurred to me, having been a landscape gardener, home organiser and a cleaner in my past, why not offer those services while I’m at a sit!
✅ I was a landscape gardener when I lived in Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦 and I adored it! Generations of my family have had green thumbs so I had been a passionate gardener in my own space, but then I learned some tricks of the trade and would love to help my clients while I’m at their house, if they need any work done.

✅ My first job was a cleaner at a 5 star hotel. I had that job for six years and it made me keenly aware of dirt the eye cannot see! A few years into that job I started doing private cleaning of people’s homes and that’s when I discovered my passion for ✨ organisation ✨
✅ I always had a very organised bedroom as a kid. I would say at least a couple times a week ‘I’m just going to organise my room’ - and my mum would say ‘how can you organise it any more than it already is?!’ I remember organising a clients shelves when dusting once and she said ‘oh my gosh, can you do my whole living room?!’ And from there, I started reorganising people’s spaces/pantries/fridges, anywhere really! I’ve done a few friend’s homes too.
All of these services will be kept reasonably priced as I start out, firstly because I’ll need to use my clients tools and products initially, I’ll just do the labour. Secondly, while I build up some positive feedback. Please message me to discuss!
No one has to take me up on any extra services of course, I just figured this might be something someone would like, and it will help me be able to consider this as an ongoing career.
I have extra time on my hands and figured I could be of some help while I’m in your home 🏡
Note: I do always leave a home as clean as I found it, often better 🙂 ✨
