We have had a lot of no shows just recently, its so frustrating when people don't come on time or don't turn up at all, no phone call just wasted time but still bills and staff need paying, the person who does not get paid is me, running a service buisness is tough and this makes it harder to keep going on a daily basis.
Make an appointment
Turn up on time
It's that easy.
Things happen I understand but we all have phones, their will be charges added but the buisness suffers every time.

This morning was full of dogs called Rocky, small rocky the gorgeous pom and big rocky the stunning GSD.Lovely boys.x
