🐾 An Update on the Future of Cause 4 Paws Dog Rescue 🐾
After a lot of careful consideration, research, and looking fully into the realities of running a rescue, I have made a definitive decision about how I want to move forward.
Anyone who works in rescue knows the constant, heartbreaking pull to save more and more dogs. It is incredibly hard to say "no" when the need out there is so overwhelming. However, I want Cause 4 Paws to stand out by being different. Instead of trying to do everything, I am choosing to focus deeply on doing what is right for the few in my care.
To ensure the absolute highest standard of support, I have decided to keep Cause 4 Paws as a small-scale, private rescue. I won’t be seeking foster homes and will therefore be operating entirely as a solo rescue with no external staff or volunteers.
I will personally handle all of the fostering in my dedicated kennel facility, along with every bit of the rehabilitation and rehoming.
While operating on this scale means I won't be able to rescue a large volume of dogs at once, it allows me to champion quality care over quantity.
I am taking sole responsibility for every single dog's journey, ensuring they receive the intensive, one-on-one emotional and behavioral support they need to decompress and truly thrive after arriving from overseas or in the uk.
By keeping things small, tightly controlled, and deeply personal, I can guarantee that every dog that passes through my gates gets 100% of my time, dedication, and heart before finding their perfect forever family.
Thank you all so much for your continued encouragement and support as this next chapter officially begins. The dogs are, and always will be, the priority! 🐕❤️
