What a crazy busy day @ The Jungle Cafe !!!
We cooked, served drinks and waited on over 200 people !! 45 cooked breakfasts, 75 milkshakes 112 coffees, 160 lunches, waffles and pancakes !! One chef 2 waiters !! Good going !!
We had lots of reservations, lots of praise for our wonderful food, service and setting !!
We had 2 bad reviews on our Google page today about people having to wait !! I wish I could just sit in our garden for an hour or so !! Drink or no drink !
We cook all of our food fresh using the best ingredients all of which is locally sourced.
If you are planning to visit the Jungle Cafe we recommend that you book a table because:
Our cafe fills up very quickly and as we cook our food fresh it takes a while, as it says on our menu we do not sell fast food or food fast, all of our food is fresh and lovingly prepared for your enjoyment.
We are a small family business and take bad reviews very personally!
We serve our booked tables first.
If a table says reserved it is reserved.
If there is no where to sit then we are full !
If we are full then you need to expect to wait a while.
If you are informed that you will have to wait an hour to be served then unfortunately it will be an hour, coming and asking time and time again will not speed up the process.
