Sad day today as I picked up Teddy's ashes🥲 I some how feel better that he's back with me though.🫶

Woke up to this...😱😩😭

His gums and the 4 teeth he has left after all the dental extractions are so poorly with the FIV now, that I can't get his medication in him and having to grind up or puree his dinners.
Poor poor Teddy!

Thankgully pain meds I can use the seringe!

Teddy has taken to chatting and growling whilst I stroke him!

He always was quite vocal - likes a good 'hiss' for no reason now n then too, which I've grown quite fond of.

Just hoping it's not because he's in pain again...

Vets here we come again!

The saddest news toaday, time to say goodbye to my beloved Teddychops (Sir Edward) 27 September 2022.
I stayed with him till the very end to put him at ease (he never was very fond of the vets), but he is now at peace and out of any pain.

I don't think any of us thought he'd be on this earth for 2+ years, as his FIV was in quite later stages but I'm thankful for every special minute with him

I will miss you so so much Teddy. We got each other through the toughest of times.I helped him through many FIV related ailments but in turn he helped me get through a tough lockdown on my loan-some. He's been my companion, friend and kept me laughing with his funny ways. He has truly been the gentlest cat filled with the biggest personality. Such a very special furr baby.

Thank you to the scratching post for rescuing him and nursing him back to health and thank you Teddy for letting me be your furr-ever home.
