One of the most satisfying and rewarding parts of breaking youngsters and giving them the correct start to their education is watching their owners ride them for the first time and fall in love with them even more.

Big Alice flew through her 5* vetting and I dropped her off the her new home today, the start of a new partnership and lots of exciting adventures 🌟

Alice was brought back into for her owners after a couple of months off due to loss of interest in riding and then advertised and sold her on their behalf, finding her the most wonderful home.

Hi my name is Kara, I’m 26, based in Emley(Huddersfield) and I’ve been riding since I can remember. I have had the pleasure of working with stallions on a stud yard, fit eventing horses, show jumpers, hunt horses, breaking youngsters, re-backing ‘problem’ horses etc. I am a patient and sympathetic rider who strives to get the best out of your horse. I am available for freelance services including breaking/backing, riding, general exercise/fitness, freelance selling etc.
I am fully insured by the BGA and the BHS, so please feel free to message me about your horses needs, whether it’s starting your horses’ eduction, keeping your horses fit whilst your on holidays/working or helping you work through your horses quirks 🏇
