An amazing set up

Fabulous from start to finish, easy to book an appointment online. We were warmly welcomed by Hannah who showed us around and how everything worked, also offered us some helpful tips for our boy Albert. It was such an easy process to wash and dry our boy, the equipment is very easy to use and the brushes and combs came in very handy .Everything you could ever need is provided including aprons for yourselves! We used the baby powder shampoo which smells incredible and the conditioner helper to remove unruly knots. The added bonus is having doggy perfume/aftershave , our boy looks and smells amazing. we will definitely be returning and will be telling all of our doggy friends. Well done Hannah for providing such a first class service and facility.

For all the customers that tell me their dogs hate the dryer when it is near their face. Here's a tip.

It'll more than likely be because you are pointing the dryer right at their face and ears.

If the air goes up their nose or in their ears, they won't like it.

To successfully dry the ears do what I am doing in this video. Grab the ear from underneath, turn it and dry downwards to avoid the air going in the ear canal. To dry the outside of the ear, hold the ear with your hand behind and gently run the dryer down the ear.

The same for the face, hold the dogs muzzle down and point downwards with the dryer to prevent it going up their nostrils.

The drying process takes around 30 minutes to completely dry Jenny. It is important to completely dry your dog to prevent matting.

You should be able to run a comb through the hair with ease after a successful wash and dry.

Jenny's worst part about the grooming process! Poodle feet! Dogs always tend to have very sensitive feet, Jenny especially. Needs must and she tolerates it well.

Thank you Hannah for providing this facility. For anyone thnking about using this service- you are greeted on your first visit and everythng is explained to you, wide choice of shampoos plus a conditioner, lots of brushes, combs and scissors, doggy perfume/aftershaves all included including treats for the doggies and aprons for mum and dads . our boy looks amazing after his bath and we will definitely be returning.
