Some great ideas in here ❤️🐾
☀️ Important Update: All Lessons Today, Friday & Sunday Are Cancelled Due to Extreme Heat ☀️
For the welfare and safety of your dogs.
Your dog’s wellbeing is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
While training is on pause, your dog doesn’t have to be! Instead of walks, here are some cool ideas to keep your pup safe, happy and entertained indoors or in the shade:
🐾 Milo’s Preferred Option – Cooling his private gentleman's area in front of a fan while being hand-fed chilled treats like a four-legged king. Feel free to follow his lead.
🐾 Paddling Pool in the Shade – Add some toys, ice cubes, treats bobbing or just let them have a splash about like it’s a spa day.
🐾 Frozen Treats – Stuff a Kong or Toppl with wet food, natural yoghurt or banana, and freeze it. Think canine ice cream cone, minus the sugar rush.
🐾 Snuffle Mats & Scatter Feeding – Let them snuffle for kibble or treats around the living room like a tiny, determined truffle pig.
🐾 Lick Mats – Smear on some xylitol-free peanut butter, mashed sardines (if you're feeling brave), or soft cheese. Bonus: it buys you five minutes of peace.
🐾 DIY Ice Cube Treasure Hunt – Freeze toys or treats in water or low-salt broth. Watching them lick and nudge them free is the dog version of solving a Rubik’s cube.
🐾 Cooling Mats or Fans – Especially helpful for dogs who have absolutely no idea what to do with themselves when it’s hot except dramatically flop.
🐾 Late-Night Sniffy Stroll – A gentle sniffari once the sun has set (9pm or later) is a perfect way to stretch the legs without melting.

🌡️ Stay cool, stay safe, and remember—dogs don’t need to be doing zoomies in the midday sun to be happy. A quiet day, a few frozen goodies, and a snuggle under the fan is plenty.
Let them rest. You too.
