Last week I had the pleasure of fitting 6 cats into my schedule, including the 3 newbies to Woofly Pet Services, Willow, Layla and Rosie who were an absolute dream, they filled my week with lots of purrs, licks and running straight in from the garden as soon as they heard the sound of the tuna tin 🤣

Another gorgeous week! 🤍

We’ve had lots of lovely dog walks, cats visits and garden plays this week, with this sudden heatwave some walks on Friday were changed to at home play, where we focus on mental stimulation, fuss, love, play and treats! 🦴

The weather looks to be continuing to stay hot hot hot 🥵 ☀️therefore walks will be shortened, earlier in the day, or changed to a home play. I will be making sure to keep the water levels stocked up and keep your fur babes cool and hydrated throughout the day🫶🏻

This week has seen some of our less regular faces🐶, some crazyyyy weather 🌦️, a couple of new kitties🐱and some terribly frustrating roadworks 🚧... if you've been through Giltbrook this week, you will know what I'm talking about 🤣

But that hasn't dampened our walks! ok...maybe I did get pretty damp on some of them on Wednesday, that rain was a LOT. My spirits are still high though 🤭

I have been kept super busy recently, and can't thank you all enough for continuing to provide me with an income and supporting my little business 🥹

Introducing Woofly Weddings chaperone service 🐾💍🐶

Our canine companions are a huge part of our lives, and your wedding day is one of the most memorable, special days you’ll ever have, so it’s only fair that the dogs come along too right?!

Nowadays, our pets are more like children, and I know when it came to my own wedding, when researching venues one of the main questions on my list was “can my dog come?” and luckily they said yes! Then it was the…well who’s going to look after him?!

That’s where I come along… I’m Jess, a 27 year old dog walker/pet sitter in Nottingham. I’ve been running my business for almost 1.5 years now, and recently had the chance to spend the day at one of my clients weddings with their gorgeous Cavapoo Monty. This came out of the blue, the couple had originally just asked me to have Monty overnight, but last minute decided to ask if I was able to chaperone the little man at the wedding - to which of course I said YES! Monty’s parents big day was super special, and I loved being a part of it so much that I knew this is something I wanted to do more often.

I absolutely love weddings, and any opportunity to help the day run smoothly - I’m all for (from a previously stressed dog mum and bride🤣). I have worked with many different breeds of dogs, from deerhounds to chihuahuas and everything in between. I pride myself on treating your pets as my own, whether it’s getting their attention for the pictures, walking them down the aisle, or cosying up in bed with them at the end of the night whilst you’re out partying knowing they’re happy, I’m here to support you and your pets through one of the biggest day of your lives.

I’m away this weekend but thought I’d make sure to schedule a post for your weekly dose of cuteness 🐶😸🤍

This week we’ve had a newbie in the form of Dave the Lakeland terrier! Who we had the pleasure of looking after whilst his parents celebrated their wedding day 🥹 we’ve then had our usuals (but still super special pups) plus a couple of kitties and some of our adhoc clients slotted in when I can 🥰

It’s been a gorgeous week but I am very ready for a weekend off with my girls 👯‍♀️ I will respond to any enquiries on Monday! Thanku all for your patience 💗

A Woofly wedding day!! 👰🏻🤍🤵🏻🐾

Today I was absolutely honoured to be a part of Christina and Jacobs wedding day, featuring Monty who obviously stole the show!🐶 wedding chaperoning isn't something I've done before - but my god what an absolutely gorgeous day. I already knew Monty's pawrents as he's one of my adhoc clients, so when they messaged asking if I could care for him for the weekend and take him to the wedding, I obviously had to say yes!! 🥹

Monty has been SUCH a good boy, walking down the aisle with his parents, taking care of the rings around his neck, greeting all the guests with the biggest snuggles, as well as posing perfectly for photos! His little outfit too 🥹 my goodness he just looked so sweet. He is well and truly pooped this evening (check out the last pic 🤭) I'm pretty sure he will sleep well for me tonight 🥱

Will I do it again? Is wedding chaperoning going to be something I offer more of? watch this space 🤩

What a Woofly week 🐶🤍

The 10 limit photo is really bugging me this week🤣 I have far too many cute pet pics too share - to the point that my phone is now low on storage and I keep having to delete some to add more 😭 I’m sorry if your pet didn’t make the cut this week!

But here we are…this week we got to see a few less regular faces, the likes of olive and George, axel, a very stormy wet walk with willow, and the return of gorgeous Bonnie! (Pic 1) I’ve managed to squeeze Bonnie back into my schedule after her mum reached out to me after a bad experience elsewhere, I was so pleased to see Bonnie still so happy, loving and caring even after a real rough couple of weeks.

I will continue to always do my very best to keep your pets happy, safe and loved when in my care 🥰 I mean honestly how can you not love all these gorgeous faces?!🥹

Happy Sunday! 🐾

This week has been a shorter one for me as I was off enjoying Easter, my husbands birthday, and some wholesome family time. However that didn’t stop me getting straight back into it at the end of the week! And what a gorgeous week it was, even enjoyed a slight glimpse of dare I say summer?😮🌅
