I get a lot of customers asking if I have a recommendation for a pet sitter who will keep your fur-babies safe whilst you go away…..

My heart feels a little broken tonight. Saying goodbye is just the most difficult thing to do.

When you have a client who wants something a little “different!”

The Pink Ladies are currently strutting their stuff around town……

These dogs love to be pampered so this was a real treat for them!!

On the plus side we have had a fun Chihuahua kinda day today!!

Please don’t ask me to put the right name with the right dog because I end up confusing myself!!

HOWEVER……

I have had two no show appointments today which as a self-employed business owner is very frustrating.

I appreciate life gets in the way at times and appointments have to be moved or cancelled but to simply not show up means financially I am out of pocket. As much as I love my work it still is a job and I’ve never met anyone who likes to go to work to sit around and not get paid!

I have a cancellation list as long as my arm so with even half hours notice I can easily fill your spot but not showing is just a waste of my time.

Unfortunately, should you no show then you will be expected to pay for the missed groom before rebooking your appointment. It’s my one and only rule and I think it’s pretty fair.

Now back to the Chihuahuas!!! CUTEEEEEEE x
