Had a little break from growing over the winter, but prep for the upcoming season has begun. Compost has been added to the outdoor beds and the greenhouse will be getting a deep clean soon.

I'll also be doing crop planning and using my growing diaries from the last 4/5 years to remind myself what worked and what didn't.

I'm also planning to offer some different varieties of micros too so watch this space 🌱

Been experimenting with growing edible flowers to include in our salad mixes.

This is borage sown 2 months ago, growing about 15ft from where I originally sowed it 🤔

It would add a nice visual flourish to the micro salad mix, but also probably reduce the overall shelf life. Might be one for direct customers only...

2. Sungold tomatoes are cropping very nicely at the moment.

3. Couldn't resist pulling up one of the 'Paris Market' mini carrots to see how they're doing. Probably a little early but glad they're growing this time.

4. Purple rambo radish microgreen leaves growing for our micro salad punnets.
