Hey everyone!
We have an update on Bell for you all! 🐍🐍
As you know from previous posts, she was gravid with our first litter to Vulcan and was due to give birth this week, unfortunately we think she may have absorbed (aborted) a couple of weeks ago as she suddenly went back to normal size and lost that well known "chunk" if babies were present. Although we are quite saddened by this, we have absolutely loved our first experience and the knowledge this has given us to go forward is crucial.
Bell is still full of life and pretending nothing ever happened (despite stressing me out 🤣) and spending her days tucked up under her favourite hide and poking her head out to say hello every now and then wondering when food will come just days after a meal 😝
Our next big update will feature some new residents as we are already conducting preparations for this season coming in September!
