We only take in limited numbers so your dog can run around with ours and will be observed at all times. We don't keep any dogs in a crates or kennels and they are inside and outside the house with us. We have a dedicated play area, grass patch for zoomies, and 'sniffers paradise' plant area with dog friendly plants for those who like exploring and discovering. I am trained in dog first aid, canin

e psychology and canine physiotherapy. I am currently getting an advanced first aid qualification and a qualification in training dogs. Puppies continue their potty and basic commands training whilst in our care. All dogs can participate in daily brain training games and scent work exercises. (Dumfries and surrounding area)

The property is fully secured and under surveillance 24/7 with a live camera feed available to owners to view their dogs progress and stay for safety of mind.

ROADWORKS PARKING ALTERNATIVES

Due to the layout of traffic lights in place for temporary road works on Lockerbie Road It is incredibly difficult to pass waiting cars in Greenbrae Loaning.
Early morning resident cars are legally parked but there is no passing space for cars entering from Lockerbie Road if a car is trying to exit Greenbrae Loaning.

This shouldn’t be an issue once those cars have left for work but if you are dropping of early it might be easier to park at one of the following locations and walk your dog to us.

Dumfries High School or Birchwood Ave

I am also happy to meet you at these locations for pick up before 10 am

Just a heads up there are road works on Lockerbie Road which means no parking there and likely the residents will park down our Greenbrae Loaning for the next few days so there is even less parking than usual.

Please allow Extra time for drop off and pick up as a Temporary Traffic light system in place.

It has not been managed well.

Feel free to call me on 07869772953 and I can run the dogs out to you if you are struggling to get a park.

Is it too hot to walk your dog? ☀️

As temperatures climb, it's important to be mindful of your dog's safety during walks.

What is Dumfries Doggie Daycare?

We provide a service looking after small or medium dogs during the day.

I take in a maximum of three dogs so your dog will get taken care of like I do my own. I have two young dogs of my own that get along with everyone and anyone. My preference would be as follows but this could be adapted to suit your needs: Pickup (or drop off ) early morning. Breakfast ( wet food sachets pedigree) but have an open bowl of dry food during the day ( Happy pets dry food) Walk ( weather depending usually an hours walk over lunchtime) After lunch nap School/Training time ( Tricks, Obedience or Agility) Evening meal Drop off or pickup We have a large enclosed garden and grass patch for zoomies I am trained in dog first aid and currently getting a fresher certificate You are welcome to visit me and the property to assess suitability £20 per day but price adapted if I don’t have to pick up or if you supply your own food Dumfries only Subject to a trial period Contact Sindy on 07717 443282 for any questions
