šŸ¾šŸ¾ PRICE INCREASE šŸ¾šŸ¾

I have tried to delay an increase for as long as possible but with significant price increases with almost every product/service I use. I cant any longer.
I haven't had a price increase in a while and do try to remain an affordable service. Whilst using the best products I can šŸ¾
As of the 1st November there will be a Ā£5 per dog increase unless i have let you know otherwise.

Just a check in to apologise for the delayed replies in messages for appointments.

Life is a bit chaotic at the moment meaning I can't book to far in advance.
We are still finding our feet with a new routine on very little sleep šŸ˜…
Anyone that knows my sons school situation knows he's been out of school for over a year. 3 weeks ago he finally started a placement. Which isn't close to home and for only 4 hours a day.
He is understandably finding it very hard to settle. So he's taking alot of my time at the moment taking him,collecting him and being there to calm him when he is getting overwhelmed.
I am also a witness in court this month too. In a case that has been brought forward a year. Not knowing how long we are going to be needed in court is also impacting my appointments.

So please bare with me im not being rude or ignorant taking longer to reply but my family need me at the moment.
I am very much looking forward to getting back to it and seeing you all šŸ©·šŸ¾

I am starting to get organised to return back to work. It will still be the middle ish of June but I have had a few messages asking when I'm back so you can get organised. Especially with the warmer weather we have been having.

For anyone that knows about Rylans school situation. He has finally started a setting and his hours are all over the place so that and having Freya is going to restrict what appointments I can offer massively. So there may be a longer wait for an appointment than what I've been able to offer before.

Sooo if you want to drop me a message with what days/dates and times are best from the middle of June onwards. I can start making prebookings šŸ¾

Just a little reminder that I now have less than 8 weeks until my little one is due šŸ©µšŸ©·
I am aiming to work as close to my due date as I can šŸ¤ž so if you do need an appointment within that time I'd recommend booking ASAP as I have very limited slots now.

I am aiming to be off for around 6 weeks dependant on me and baby etc then back part time for a while.
I completely understand if any of you wish to use another groomer in between. I have some lovely friends that are groomers so I can send over some recommendations if needed. Please don't think I'll be offended in any way.

Please just bare with me with times/appointments etc as it gets closer as ill have a few last minute hospital appointments etc crop up and with the luck I'm having at the moment various other things šŸ˜«šŸ«£

I've had quite a few messages asking about my little boy as I've had to cancel customers over the last couple of days.
Just an update. He's had to have scans and tests and they have ruled out meningitis.
It looks like he has a condition called IIH which is essentially too much pressure in his skull šŸ˜­
I'm not sure how long he will have to stay in hopsital for so I will let customers know as I know anything. Thank you as always for being so understanding šŸ¾

Me and the kids have this virus that's going round. That and being 7 months pregnant it's completely taken me off my feet.
Once I'm well enough to get back at it. I will message everyone with dates.

Sorry about the lack of posts and responses to messages. I've had a very much needed rest after a mad busy December.
I will get back to them all I promise. I'll be back working from Monday 6th Jan šŸ¾

I do have quite a few customers asking what's happening with bookings between now and me having my baby. Especially block bookings.
I'm going to take bookings up until the end of March.
From the beginning of April I will have to take each week as it comes. I have been told I'm having yet another chunky baby so s/he may not be staying put until his/her due date but I don't know anything for certain yet.
As for maternity leave I'll also have to play that by ear as it depends what happens birth/recovery wise but I will keep you all updated.

As it would be getting closer to spring and warmer weather šŸ¤ž it might be an idea to have slightly shorter cuts to see your little ones through a little longer but we can discuss that closer to the time.

Can you please make sure you drop off and collect on time. In order to fit everyone in appointments are closer together. So if your late it throws my day out which then makes me late for school runs.

Also if your paying via bank transfer can you please make sure that's done before collection.
