Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you for your continued support and loyalty over the years — I truly do have the best fluffy pals to pamper! 💕🐾

Unfortunately, it is now time to announce a price increase. With immediate effect, there will be a £5 increase per dog. My last price increase was in 2024 🤦🏼‍♀️ (this post was actually meant to go out on 1st April, but Facebook had other ideas!)

Over recent months, the cost of shampoos, conditioners, brushes, blades, combs, perfumes/colognes, as well as the general running costs of the van have all increased significantly.

As always, I completely understand that a price increase may not be manageable for everyone, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

Thank you again for your continued support and custom — it means the world to me 🐶✨

Pawfection Mobile Dog Grooming – Cancellation & Payment Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To help me manage my schedule effectively and offer availability to other clients, i kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

Cancellations or Rescheduling:
Please notify me of any cancellation or request to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made on the under 12 hours, same day as the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed grooming service fee.

No-Shows:
If i arrive at your location for the scheduled appointment and no one is present, or if the dog is unavailable or cannot be groomed for any reason, the full grooming service fee (100%) will be charged.

I appreciate your understanding, as no-shows significantly impact my business and prevent me from serving other clients.

Late Payments:
Any overdue payments will incur a charge of £5 per day until settled.

Fleas:
Any dog found to have fleas, there is a £20 charge to fumigate the van.

Matted coats:
Matted dogs will incur a charge depending on size and severity of the coat, this can range from £20 to £40! Severe coats will be referred to their vet. Remember humanity before vanity!

Good morning everyone, hope you have had a lovely Christmas and New year! I'm back to work tomorrow, I'm sorting through appointments as I speak!! For the next 2 weeks, I can not lift heavy dogs still! My operation was on my stomach and cut through muscle! Outside is just about healed, but inside is a different matter! So please bare with me, it's been a rough 2 weeks recovery!
I will be posting my policy up too, this has been in place since I started 15 years ago but I'll pin it to the top of my page! If everyone can read it please that will be great!

I had my op yesterday. All went well! But gosh, I'm in so much pain with it! I'll be sorting appointments towards the end of the week when I know if I'll be recovered enough for work next week!
