IMPORTANT PAYMENT POLICY UPDATE
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST READ

Just a little update for all of my lovely clients

From now on, all grooming prices will increase by £1. This small increase allows me to offer card payments again and helps cover the additional processing fees involved.

Going forward, ALL appointments must be paid for in full BEFORE your dog leaves the salon. This applies regardless of whether you’re paying by:

💳 Card
🏦 Bank transfer
💷 Cash

If paying by bank transfer, the payment must show as received in my account before collection. Unfortunately, I can no longer allow payments to be sent later that day or in the following days.

I really don’t like having to introduce stricter payment rules, but I’ve had an increasing number of outstanding payments that I’ve then had to spend my own time chasing. As a small independent business, I simply can’t continue doing this.

I completely understand that genuine mistakes happen, which is why I’m bringing card payments back to make paying at collection as easy as possible.

Please make sure you have a way to pay for your appointment before arriving to collect your dog. No dogs will be able to leave the salon until their grooming bill has been paid in full.

Thank you so much to the huge majority of my clients who always pay promptly and for your continued support of my little business.
