I am hosting a workshop day with Bill Wood for the British Wheel of Yoga on Sunday June 28th, 10am-4pm. The workshop will be held at the New Body Barn, near Devizes, Wiltshire.

Booking is through the BWY website (not me!). Just put Bill’s name in the search function and you will find the details.

Not long now until we start our next 'Somatics in Yoga' BWY short course. This in person course starts in January 2026 and runs over 2 weekends near Devizes, Wiltshire. We have just a couple of places left.

The use of Somatics in Yoga can be completely transformative. Yoga practitioners can find an ease in their body that they thought was long gone and Yoga teachers can transform not only their practice but also their career! Somatics goes way beyond the physical body - it can bring about changes to our breath, our mind and our sense of self. For those people who choose to progress further we have a Module 2 as well.
