So today was my last day of walking this absolute superstar. Teddi, it’s been an absolute pleasure sharing daily walks with you.

Teddi became part of the Jolly Dog Walks Staffordshire family when his owner needed to go into hospital for a short while. Fortunately she’s now able to come home and Teddi can return to her care. I’m sure he’ll help her to make a full recovery.

😂🐾 Marla, meet Sue. Sue, meet Marla. Quinn, take Sue for a walk! 🐾😂

Today was a very exciting day of introductions! Marla was delighted to meet Sue, and Sue was equally delighted to meet Marla.

Meanwhile, Quinn decided that standing around making small talk was wasting valuable walking time. Before anyone knew what was happening, he’d taken charge of the situation and marched Sue off on a guided tour of the Water Park.

Sue did her best to keep up, but Quinn was on a mission. By the end of the walk, he’d thoroughly shown her the sights, introduced her to every interesting smell, and very nearly succeeded in relocating her shoulder joint.

In fact, Sue returned with one arm noticeably longer than the other! 😂💪🐶

It’s safe to say Quinn takes his role as Jolly Dog Walks’ Head of Staff Training very seriously. Welcome to the team, Sue – and don’t worry, your arm should return to its original length in a few days! 🤣🐾💙

🐾🥚 Breakfast is served! 🥚🐾

Before the day’s adventures begin, my own four-legged team are fuelling up with a tasty breakfast of kibble and a boiled egg. Safe to say the egg disappeared first! 😋

Now that the quality control department has approved breakfast, it’s time to grab the leads, put on the waterproofs (again! ☔), and head out for another day of wagging tails, muddy paws, and happy walks.

🥁🐾 DRUM ROLL PLEASE! 🐾🥁

Following a very wet and soggy walk, I am delighted to announce that Jessie has officially been crowned Jolly Dog Walks Star of the Month! 🏆✨

As if that wasn’t enough, she has also been awarded the highly prestigious title of Cutest Puppy in Tutbury 2026! 👑🐶

The award ceremony took place immediately upon our return home. Despite arriving back looking more like a wet mop than an award-winning puppy, Jessie accepted her trophy with great dignity, wagging enthusiasm, and only slightly soggy ears.

When invited to make her acceptance speech, Jessie said:

“I’d like to thank my mum, everybody who knows me, my toy donut, and my giraffe. But most of all, I’d like to thank my sausages on a stick for making this moment possible.”

The crowd went wild. The judges wept. The sausages were honoured. 🌭❤️

Congratulations, Jessie! A very deserving winner and an absolute superstar both on and off the red carpet. 🌟🐾

🍺🐾 Crumpet only had one thing on his mind today… the pub!

He marched purposefully through Tatenhill and spent a good amount of time lingering by the entrance, convinced someone would buy him pie and chips for lunch. Sadly, despite his best hopeful stare, no pub lunch arrived!

Defeated but determined, he carried on enjoying the sunshine instead. I suspect he’ll be dreaming of pie and chips all evening! 😂☀️🐶
