Things are being finalised for the Community Fun Day on Saturday 7 June at King George's Park and Clemson's Park.

Everything starts at King George V Car Park

7am-8am - Prayer walk in the parks with Mishkan House

9am-10.30am - Community Dog walk with Move More Derby supported by Raw Revolution - Raw Dog Food Specialists Derby

Main event 2pm - 5pm - Accessible for all

No pressure to spend money - the only stall taking money is Mastroianni Ice’s ice cream van, although feel free to make a donation to Newmount Brass for their tunes as we relax and enjoy our parks.

Mobiloo available for disabled children and adults

Whatever your activity of preference - from sitting and enjoying your picnic, or a stroll or fast past energetic games we have the opportunity for you to have a try at many different events:

Standing Accessible Yoga with Liam Firth Yoga
Baseball (soft)
Have a go at pitching/batting or join a game ofSoftball - East Midlands Softball League
Bring your bmx and join ozzy wheels on the bike/skate park
Tug of War, and a variety of sports - Sporting Communities

Representatives from Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service and East Midlands Ambulance Service will also be present talking about fire risks and CPR
