Resident doctors at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust will be taking industrial action for 5 consecutive days, from 07:00 on Monday 15 June until 06:59 on Friday 19 June 2026.

Officers investigating a collision on the A2 at are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.

Kent Police was called to the coast bound carriageway near to the Pepper Hill junction at about 2.35am on Monday 25 May 2026 where it was reported a blue Audi A3 had driven the wrong way on the carriageway, colliding with a Fiat 500.

Officers attended, along with SECAMB and KFRS.

Two passengers from the Fiat 500, a 20 year old woman and a 21 year old man were taken to hospital to be treated for their injuries.

Both passengers have since been discharged and are recovering at home.

A 21 year old man was also arrested at scene on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and has since been bailed pending further enquiries.

Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought following a collision in .

Kent Police was called to Princes Road at about 10.44pm on Monday 25 May 2026 where a fire engine was involved in a collision with an e-scooter at the junction with Darenth Road.

Officers along with SECAMB attended the scene and the rider of the e-scooter, a 21 year old man was taken to London hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

Anyone who saw the collision, or who might have seen the vehicles beforehand, is urged to contact police.
