🐾 Phase Three is now live!

You can now build mixed raw boxes around your pet’s own needs.

Before, mixed boxes were only available with or without chicken. Now, if your pet avoids veg, tripe, chicken, duck, lamb — or anything else — add it to their profile once and we’ll use that when building their box.

In all the years I’ve been running a website, I’ve never found an app that did everything I actually wanted. Because of that, the website has never quite matched the vision I had in my head.

So, I decided to build it myself — and it’s finally live! 🎉

I’ve spent countless hours designing, building and testing this from scratch, based entirely around how I want the Jingo shopping experience to work for you and your pets.

I’m constantly adding new features, so what you’re seeing now is only the beginning. Jingo customers get to use it first and help shape what it becomes!

Please have a play around, add your pets and let me know what you think. Your feedback genuinely helps me find any problems and make sure everything works the way it should.

🐾 Something new has landed on the Jingo website!

You can now create individual profiles for all your pets inside your customer account—adding their favourites, allergies, health needs and more.

This is the first version of a much bigger project designed to make shopping more personal, improve recommendations and eventually give every pet their own rewards and birthday gift—even if you have a whole houseful!

The basics are working, but I now need real customers to start using it so I can properly test everything.

Create at least one complete pet profile by thr 10th August 2026 and you’ll be entered into a draw to win a Jingo box personalised for your pet 🐶🐱

Could your pet be featured in the first Jingo Journal?

We're really excited to be creating the very first edition of the Jingo Journal – a fun seasonal magazine for our Jingo community, packed with pet stories, advice, puzzles, product highlights, vouchers, customer photos and much more.

We'd love to feature your pet!

Simply reply comment on thos post or send us an email or whatsapp with a few great photos and tell us a little about them.
