Collessie Aurora had a fantastic Fife show in yesterday's sunshine.

Sired by Collessie Highlander and out of Roughlands Jasmine. What a family of horses this is for us here at Collessie .
She is Yearling filly, and has been shown once before in Aberdeen where she also stood Overall show Champion as a foal.
She has big boot's to fill chasing her sister Alanna but with luck on her side she will give it a go .
Well done to Finmont and the Young family standing reserve. Keeping the cups in the kingdom for 2024.

When your grand parents are Lutterington Butterfly🦋 and Collessie Cut Above, then you know you're special.
We are delighted to have foaled Lutterington Dragonfly 🐉.
She was the first of three 3yr olds to foal here this week . WE are over the moon to have a c**t by one of the last Cut Above sons left alive in Scotland Grayburn Rumple QC.
This Guy has definitely got his grandparents "look at Me vibe"
Team Emerson once again have struck gold.

Today marks 19years since Grant started working for us here at Collessie. Officially anyway , Grant aka Jock has been diving tractors and washing lorries from about the age of ten , under the stewardship of his father Graham who also worked here at Collessie for 19 years.
If your horse has eatten a bale of hay/haylage or slept on a bale of straw, then Grant has been key to that happening.

🇬🇧Britain's 🇬🇧 first ever Clydesdale Embryo transfer 🧪🔬🩺🐴 mare has now become the proud mother to a💙 c**t foal💙 this week here at Collessie.
We are very indebted to Selena at Premier A.I Services for all the time and hard work to achieve this, seeing her embry foal down just makes the effort so much more worthwhile.
We love trying to keep this great breed alive, and with highly skilled people all around us, they make it that little bit easier.
The foal will be named foalie like every other one we have until we find a name fitting to such a cracker.
Dream big , work hard , and get lucky the odd time.

As the stud season starts here at Collessie. Nights like this one are the ones that keep us going.
A fantastic filly foal to carry the Fairhavens prefix for another generation. We are very lucky to have Mrs Moyra Stewart 's and Robert Barr 's mare here at Collessie. Lucinda has been a phenomenal brood mare and this looks like the best one yet. 😍 roll on Kilmarnock and the first Scottish Foal show 👌🏻

Return of the Max . We are delighted to introduce this 3yr old Stallion for the stud season 2024.

Maximus was a Multiple Foal show winner in 2021 for us before he headed south to his new Home.

What a week for Alanna winning two Championships at either end of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
We are over the moon with this 4 year old mare . Who continues to impress.
Alanna will have a holiday now, hopefully foaling her second foal later this summer.
Last year she foaled a c**t foal to Collessie New Approach. He has a bright future within the breed and lets hope he becomes famous in his own right.
